1. How does the photo booth work?
Our photo booth is simple and fun! Guests step in, take a photo, and instantly receive a digital copy. If your package
includes printing, photos will print within seconds. We provide a variety of fun props and customizable templates to
match your event’s theme.

2. How much space is needed?

We recommend a space of at least 6x6 feet, but a 10x10-foot space is ideal for larger groups and backdrops. A
power outlet within 10 feet is also required.

3. Can the photo booth be set up outdoors?

Yes, but we require a flat, covered area (such as a tent or shelter) to protect the booth from sun, wind, and rain.
Electricity must also be available. Photo Booth must stay out of sunlight!

4. Can I add extra hours to my rental?
Yes! You can extend your rental at the following rates:
• $100 per hour for print packages
We recommend adding extra time in advance, but you can also extend on-site based on availability.

5. Do the photos print immediately?
Yes! If you have a print package, photos will print instantly within 10-15 seconds after each session. Unlimited digital
sharing is included with all rentals.

6. What happens if the photo booth stops working during the event?
• For print packages: Our on-site attendant will troubleshoot any issues. If we experience a major malfunction that
cannot be fixed, we will issue a partial refund based on the time lost.
• For digital rentals: Clients will have a direct contact number to report any issues, and we will send a technician
ASAP to resolve the problem.

7. How early do you arrive for setup, and how long does it take?
We typically arrive 45 minutes to 1 hour before your event. Setup takes about 45 minutes, and breakdown takes
about 30 minutes. Depending on factors like venue access, we may arrive 90 minutes early to ensure everything runs
smoothly.

8. What do you need from us for setup?
We need:
• A 6x6 to 10x10-foot space
• Access to a power outlet within 10 feet
• A flat, indoor, or covered area (if outdoors)

9. Can we have a custom backdrop?
Yes! We offer a selection of backdrops to choose from, or you can provide your own. No discount applies if you
provide your own backdrop. If needed, we may be able to order a custom printed backdrop at an additional cost. If
you don’t see a backdrop, you like we can order one for an additional $175. If you would like a custom backdrop
those start at $200.

10. What is required to book?
To reserve your date, we require:
1. A signed rental agreement
2. A $150 non-refundable retainer , which will be applied to your total cost
3. The remaining balance is due before the event begins.

11. What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that unforeseen events can occur. $150 retainer is non-refundable under any circumstance. Any
request for a date change must be made at least 30 days in advance of the original event date via email. Change is
subject to photo booth availability. If there is no availability for the alternate date the payment shall be refunded minus
the cancellation fee and retainer. Any request for a refund must be made in writing via email for proper processing. A
minimum non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 will apply to all cancellation requests within 30 days. At the sole
discretion of KZ PHOTO BOOTH & PARTY RENTALS, event rental may be canceled, and prior payments will be fully
refunded in the event that services cannot be rendered at all due to unforeseen circumstances on our part.
Notification of such cancellation will be made as soon as possible and once refunded KZ PHOTO BOOTH & PARTY
RENTALS shall no longer be indebted to the client. Cancellations made by client or due to insufficient or incorrect
space after the staff has arrived at the venue will not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 7 days to be processed.
Any request for a refund must be made in writing via email for proper processing. The $150 retainer fee is non-
refundable
